Meet our newest partners and dear friends from The Wave. Anouck & Mats are expanding their physio practice at Stokers by The Brick and that is good news for anyone who trains like they mean it.

STOKERS By The Brick is stepping into the future and today we lift the veil a little further: we will offer a variety of longevity treatments alongside the vast open gym and the first to be revealed is: oxygen therapy. – To celebrate Louise officially becoming a lululemon ambassador (yes, that Louise), we’re making her classes on 14/02 extra special.

STOKERS by The Brick. We are very excited to announce that this spring we are opening your newest location!

At The Brick, we believe that strength comes in many forms — not just in muscles and discipline, but in the choices we make every day. From the equipment we use to the brands we work with, we like our community to be as kind to the planet as it is to itself.

Some people work out to sweat, Maya moves to connect. Born and raised in Amsterdam, she’s always been curious about the link between body, mind, and energy—and at The Brick, she brings that spark to the front desk every day. Warm, welcoming… with a dash of chaos. But that’s part of her charm: wherever she is, there’s always movement, laughter, and great energy.

Some kids spend their childhood glued to a screen. Vincent? He was usually halfway up a climbing wall, on a hiking trail, or learning how to sail — the kind of family where “day off” meant “find your sneakers.” Growing up in Schoten with an older brother who seemed to be good at everything, Vincent learned early that if you want to stand out, you work for it. And for him, sport was the way.

Some people train to stay fit. Louise Seghers trains for the love of movement itself. A licensed physiotherapist from Antwerp with a Master’s in Sports Nutrition she got in Madrid, Louise is all about the full picture: movement & food, combined with lifestyle—no shortcuts, no gimmicks.

The secret is out! Allow us to introduce your new premium destination in ‘t Groen Kwartier. Get ready to experience the next evolution of The Brick.

There’s a new face lighting up The Stage — and no, it’s not a spotlight malfunction. It’s Lauren Goossens, our youngest and fiercest coach, bringing unstoppable energy, years of experience, and a whole lot of heart to the dance floor.
